CONDITIONS
OF HIRE
- Vehicles are supplied for the transfer hired.
- Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements,
call for details.
- Wedding vehicles are generally supplied
for a minimum of 2 hours, wedding transfers can also be arranged,
call for further details.
- Overtime/Waiting time is payable at the
rate applicable to the car ordered. It is calculated by per
quarter hour and is payable upon arrival at the final destination.
- All Wedding bookings are to be finalised
at least 3 days prior to Wedding day.
- All general hire bookings are to be finalised
upon arrival at final destination.
- Credit card payments attract a surcharge.
Visa & MasterCard 2%, AMEX 3% & Diners 4.5%
- Personal cheque payments must be finalised
at least 14 days prior to the booking.
- Every effort is made to provide the exact
make and model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown
or accident the next best vehicle will be used.
- For all bookings with a child under the
age of 7, the client will need to provide an appropriate
child restraint for the child/children, please advise us
when making a booking if this is applicable.
- Please note that all HUMMER bookings are
subject to the vehicle being able to have access to the itinerary
providered to us. In the case where the vehicle is unable
to access roads or a particular location/venue required,
the driver will pull up as close as possible at his discretion,
bearing in mind the clients safety the drivers safety and
the safely of the vehicle as it is over 8.5 metres long and
2.1 m high.
- All vehicles are non smoking
- Intoxicated passengers will not be
permitted to enter the vehicles.
- Customers are liable for all damages
to the vehicle.
- If the vehicle is left in an excessively
dirty condition that requires extraordinary cleaning or
re-sanitation, the hirer is liable for the full cost of
this cleaning or repair and any consequent loss of use
of the vehicle.
CANCELLATIONS:
Weddings: A deposit of $220.00 per vehicle (or $440.00 for
Hummer) will be incurred on all bookings. Bookings cancelled
within 3 months prior to the wedding will be charged the
full amount of the booking unless extraordinary circumstances
can be shown. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive
no refund of deposit.
General Hire: A deposit of $220.00 per vehicle (or $440.00
for Hummer) will be incurred on all bookings; cancellations
within 28 days prior to the booking will be charged the full
amount of the booking, Vehicles cancelled before this will
receive no refund of deposit.
